UK arrears remortgage for people with bad credit
There are not many lenders who would be willing to provide you an approval for remortgaging your home if you have arrears in your credit history.
Finding a lender can be difficult but a good broker can provide you the help that you need.
There are a few lenders online that offer no credit check remortgages in areas like Devon, Fareham, Hertfordshire, Huddersfield, Wales, Wokingham, Ireland, Milton Keynes, Portsmouth, Southampton, Torquay, Wales, Warsash and Yorkshire. You can also manage to get a loan to value LTV of 80%, 85%, 90%, 95%, 100% and sometimes even 110% in unique cases.
A few online lenders and brokers that can help you find suitable remortgaging plans are Remortgages Supermarket and UK Bridging Loans.
You can contact these companies to find guaranted loans for remortgaging your property. They can provide you advice and guidance on how to get a quote, give you more information on the best rate in the market, interest rates, online calculator to compare and find the cheapest fixed rate mortgage etc. Again, before taking any mortgage, it would be important for you to consider you decision since if you fail to make regular payments, your property can be repossessed.
You would be able to remortgage properties like bedsit, holiday cottages, guest house, regulated tenant properties using a finance plan like this.
Even with arrears, a good subprime lender would be able to offer flexible no credit check sub prime mortgages even if you have adverse, non status, bad credit.
If you have been facing a few financial difficulties then a remortgage can be a good way to handle the crisis if you use the funds wisely. However, you should be aware that with arrears in the history, the options that you would have would be limited and you would also have to pay a higher interest rate on the mortgages.

Arrears mortgages is a little bit of a disaster zone. I pity anyone who is in such a nasty situation. It’s just terrible if you can’t pay your mortgage back. Its just so so stressful.
