Gay mortgages for gays with bad credit arrears
Finding a mortgage and getting an approval for it can be very difficult for same sex couples since there are a lot of legal problems that they would have to face.
Fortunately, in the recent months, a few good lenders have introduced gay mortgages which have been especially designed for these couples.
You can contact a good broker who would be able to provide you help for finding these lenders and applying for these mortgages even if you have bad credit, arrears, adverse credit, non status or if you are self cert.
A few of these lenders can be found offering their services in Devon, Fareham, Hertfordshire, Huddersfield, Wales, Wokingham, Ireland, Milton Keynes, Portsmouth, Southampton, Torquay, Wales, Warsash and Yorkshire. Normally, these lenders offer a loan to value LTV of 80%, 85%, 90%, 95%, 100% and sometimes even 110% in unique cases.
There are a few websites from where you can get more information about gay mortgages and apply for them like 3 Mortgage Brokers, London Gay Man and Gay Finance. If you are looking for guaranted mortgage, then the brokers can be very helpful since they can help you get your own property if you are currently using a rental property and paying rent.
There are several good online brokers that can provide you advice on how to get a free quote, information about the best rate in the market, interest rates, online calculator to compare and find the cheapest fixed rate mortgage etc. you would be able to purchase several types of properties with gay mortgages like bedsit, holiday cottages, guest house, regulated tenant properties.
Subprime lenders would also be able to provide flexible no credit check sub prime financing even if you have bad credit history.
The process for applying for a mortgage is quite simple if you are applying for an online mortgage. You would only need to fill up a short application form and wait for the decision.

Gay mortgages for gays with bad credit a “ar rears” You couldn’t make it up. What a biggoted article. How can you segregate a mortgage by sexuality? Hilarious. Look at the names referenced in the article. Torquay? Its like something out of Fawlty Towers.
Actually Jon, Torquay is a town where there are alot of faggots. It’s a bit like Deal in Kent. So before you start talking verbal rubbisg please check your facts. Gay mortgages are still something that is being searched for by people in google and there is still a demand for gay mortgages. I do not work for this website but I took exception to your comment when I myself was looking for information on gay mortgages. Harold
My partner and I have just had a mortgage approved for a new flat. We are absolutely delighted. I think the main issue here the health insurance side of things. When you take out a mortgage many people also take out protection in case of a loss of their job or getting a long term illness. With gay’s there is always the perceived risk of getting sexually transmitted diseases and as a result insurance premiums can be very high. Sometimes there are actually lenders that are more gay friendly and specialize in these type of transactions. I hope that has cleared things up someowhat.
Best regards Mike Holmes
Gay friendly sounds a little bit like pet friendly or children friendly like when you go on holiday somewhere. I remember a gay couple friends of mine mentioned they were going on holiday to a resort near Barcelona which was gay friendly. The nearest resort that you can get to in the Uk I guess would be Brighton.
