85 buy to let mortgages BTL 85 LTV mortgage
Buy to let mortgage is a good way of investing in a property which you can then provide on rent by turning it to a rental property.
There are quite a lot of people who earn their living this way in UK. If you are interested in BTL mortgages and are looking for an LTV loan to value of 85% then there are a few good lenders and brokers who would be able to help you arrange the funds.
These lenders offer their services offline as well as online and you would find many of them in areas like Devon, Fareham, Hertfordshire, Huddersfield, Wales, Wokingham, Ireland, Milton Keynes, Portsmouth, Southampton, Torquay, Wales, Warsash and Yorkshire. The LTV offered is usually 80% but with good history and the right documents, you can get 85%, 90%, 95%, 100% and sometimes even 110%.
A good broker would be able to help you find the right lender. Companies like Affordable Mortgages, 85percent and Business Commercial Mortgages can be quite helpful when you are looking for guaranted mortgages for buy to let properties.
These brokers can give you helpful advice on the best lenders in the market, the prevailing interest rates, online calculator to compare and find the cheapest fixed rate mortgage etc. among the various properties that you can purchase using a BTL mortgage are bedsit, holiday cottages, guest house, regulated tenant properties.
Good brokers would also have contacts with subprime lenders that offer non status and adverse financing and no credit check sub prime flexible loans.
You would first need to find out more about the lenders that offer BTL mortgages and an LTV of 85%. Once you do that, you would then have to approach them and ask them more about their approval criteria and explain your credit history and your financial background. With the help of the right broker, all this would be easy for you.

There seems to be a big effort now by mortgage lenders to ease up the flow of money and allow people to get mortgages a bit more easily than a few months ago. That’s good news for everyone as the current housing crisis and recession in the UK has made life tough for everyone.
